Trish has been a licensed funeral director for 25 years, operating Curran Funeral Chapel for the past 10 years. She is also a licensed Pre-Need Funeral Planning Agent.

Ray Poplau

In Loving Memory

Ray moved to the Grand Island community in 1969. He retired from the Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation in January of 1995 and joined the staff of Curran Funeral Chapel in 2002. He was a regular volunteer at the V. A. Medical Center and was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cahtolic Church.

Lola Ruzicka

Office Assistant

Lola and her husband Jim are longtime residents of Grand Island. Previously, she worked at the Chapman Co-operative Credit Union for 44 years before retiring. She has three grown sons, Mike, Rick, & Brad.

Besides working at Curran Funeral Chapel, Lola volunteers at CHI Health St. Francis Gift Shop. She is a member of St. Mary’s Cathedral.
