Rosemarie Martin, 81, of Grand Island, NE died Monday, August 22, 2022, at Grand Island Regional Medical Center. Rosemarie's wish was to be cremated. No services are planned at this time inurnment will be in Ft. McPherson at a later date. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family. Rosemarie was born June 10, 1941, in Yugoslavia. She was the daughter of George and Katharina (Schaffer) Gerber. She immigrated with her family to Germany and In December of 1956 to the United States. Rosemarie married David D. Martin in South Dakota. They lived in Broken Bow and Rosemarie worked on the production line for B & D. They moved to Grand Island and she worked on the production line at Delicious Foods and later Monfort. Rosemarie is survived by her three brothers and a sister. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband David. Memorials are suggested to the family for designation at a later date. Burial
