Rae Horak, of Grand Island, NE, died unexpectedly on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Grand Island Regional Medical Center. At Rae's request a private family service will be held at Curran Funeral Chapel. Memorials are suggested to the family for designation at a later date. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family. Rae was the daughter of Raymond and Leona (Robnet) Imes. Rae grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and lived most of her adult life in Grand Island with her husband Maurice Horak. Rae enjoyed cooking, playing bingo, baking, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by her husband, Maurice Horak of Grand Island, NE Daughter, Brenda Bellamy of Omaha, NE And many wonderful grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
