LouEva I. "Lou" Jennings, 75, of Lincoln, NE formerly of Grand Island, NE died Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Sumner Place, in Lincoln, NE. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30, 2020, from 5 – 7 p.m. at Curran Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 1 p.m. at Curran Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Verneda Kelly will officiate. CDC recommended guidelines will be followed and masks are required at the visitation and funeral service. The service will be livestreamed on Curran Funeral Chapel's Facebook page. You are encouraged to sign Lou's guest book at www.curranfuenralchapel.com under her obituary. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family. Lou was born January 11, 1945, in Beatrice, NE. She is the daughter of Paul H. and Ida A. (Ewers) Lipps. She grew up in Grand Island, graduating from Grand Island Sr. High School in 1963. She married Clarence E. "Tom" Jennings on December 31, 1967, in Grand Island, NE. They lived in Grand Island raising their three children, Melisa, Jack, and Sean. Lou chose many career paths and enjoyed each and every one of them. She relished spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved to dance. She will be missed by her daughter, Melisa Stamm of Lincoln, NE Sons, Jack (Alina) Jennings of Grand Island, NE Sean "Bear" Jennings of Wood River, NE Others left to cherish her memory include her grandchildren, Kanen Stamm, Kohl Stamm, Morgan Jennings, Sylissa Jennings, Justine Jennings, Alicia Jennings, Delaney Jennings, Braegan Jennings, Tyler Moslander, and Kori Anne Moslander, as well as her six great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Art (Carolyn) Lipps of Hay Springs, NE Walter Lipps of Hay Springs, NE Peggy Lipps of St. Libory, NE Sister and brother-in-law, Arlene (Rick) Lahaye of Hay Springs, NE Memorials are suggested to the family's choice. Lou was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother John Lipps.
