Linda L. Sjulin, 70, of Grand Island, NE, formerly of Hamburg, IA, died unexpectedly in her home. A Celebration of Linda's life will be Saturday, September 21, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church, 1501 Main Street, Hamburg, IA. The Rev. Jim Burnett will officiate. Inurnment will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Hamburg, IA. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice. Online condolences may be given by visiting www.curranfuneralchapel.com under Linda's obituary. Linda was born June 23, 1949, in Conway, Iowa. She was the daughter of Frank and Edrie (McCreary) Gardner.
Linda grew up in Conway receiving her education there. She married Terry Sjulin in 2001. Linda's passion was gardening and she was lucky in life to have her passion as her job, working at Sjulin Nursery, in Hamburg, IA, alongside her husband, tending daily to the vast variety of plants, trees, flowers and foliage, that they grew.
Linda was an awesome cook showing her love of family by sharing her homemade meals and baked treats. She enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and didn't have to be asked twice to pack for a trip. Terry died August 25, 2011.

Two brothers, Keith Gardner and Ronnie Gardner
Three sisters, Donna Vittoe, Mary Spidell, Joann Pryor, and their families.
Others left to cherish her memory include her grandchildren, Russell Huntley, Trace Miller, Anthony Miller, Megan Miller, Ashley Miller, Emily Applegate, and their families.
Great grandchildren, Madi Jepson, Ryan Huntley, Jaylee Lewis, Jaxton Lewis, Jadelyn Lewis, Dawsen Miller, Avery Bostwick, and Aspen Miller.
She also will be remembered and missed by her many lifelong friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Terry, son, David Miller, daughter, Kerry Miller, grandchildren, Andrew Schebaum, Samantha Miller, brother, Francis Gardner, and a sister, Norma Chase.
