Frank J. Hickey, 75, of Grand Island, NE, died Friday, May 3, 2019, at his home. Mr. Hickey was cremated and private family inurnment will be at a later date. Frank was born September 12, 1943, at Orange, California. He was the son of Jack and Ethel (Girton) Hickey. Frank completed high school and attended college for a short time before refining his skills in the construction industry. He faithfully served his country I the U.S. Navy.
