Betty was born December 26, 1938 in Lindsay, NE. The daughter of Chris and Ann (Braun) Dohmen. She married her high school sweetheart Clyde C. Ganow on November 23, 1957, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, in Grand Island, NE. To this union seven children were born: Chris, Dave, Joyce, Kathy, Mike, Deb, and Matt.
Betty loved Clyde and her family dearly and was faithful to pray over them every day. Her love for God was modeled and passed on to each of her children. Her favorite color was pink. Betty will be greatly missed and forever live in our hearts. We are so very thankful for the loving care and guidance given by Dr. Kimberly A. Mickels and the St. Croix Hospice team during Betty's illness.
Survivors of her immediate family include her husband of 67 years, Clyde Ganow.
