Obituary
Edna L. Craven, 83, of Grand Island, NE, died Sunday, May 13, 2018, at her home. Private family inurnment will be in the Litchfield Cemetery at a later date. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
Edna was born August 8, 1934, at Callaway, NE. She was the daughter of Vilas and Pearl (VanAntwerp) Tucker.
Edna is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Edna grew up in Loup City attending and graduating from Loup City High School in 1954. She married Kenneth L. Craven on July 4, 1959, at Grand Island, NE. They lived in Loup City, Kearney and Grand Island. Edna was employed with Triad working on the assembly line and at Sam's Club giving food samples. Ken died February 4, 2012.
Edna was a daily Jeopardy player, and avid Husker football and Denver Bronco fan. She enjoyed passing time crocheting, quilting and needle point.
Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
Edna is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Kenneth, brother, Raymond Tucker, sisters, Goldie Coker and Jeanette Edwards.
