Dorothy Dee Dee Jean Geis, 47, of Grand Island died unexpectedly, Sunday, June 10, 2012, at Bryan LGH West. Dorothy requested no services. Curran Funeral Chapel is assisting the family. Dee Dee was born May 4, 1965 at Stockton, California. She was the daughter of Ginger Diane (Wessling) Geis. She leaves behind her mother, Ginger Diane Geis of Grand Island, NE. Two brothers and a sister-in-law, Greg and Sandie of Grand Island, NE Alan Geis of Grand Island, NE Others left to cherish her memory include nephews, Carson, Chris, & Justin. Dee Dee grew up in various communities as her father traveled with the military. She graduated from Albuquerque, NM in 1983. Her family moved to Grand Island in 2000. She enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows and loved going to the Goodwill for classes. She will be missed by her many special friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, father, Casper and an uncle; Robert Wessling. Memorials are suggested to the familys choice.
