Delores C. Perrill, 83, of Grand Island, died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at her home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Curran Funeral Chapel in Grand Island. Pastor Mark Hartley will officiate. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Grand Island.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Perrill was born on Aug. 3, 1931, in Barton County, Kansas, the daughter of Frank and Rickie (Hoops) Matzek.
She is survived by her six children and spouses:
Mike and Marie Fuller of Salina, KS
Ron Fuller of Lincoln
Chuck Fuller of Grand Island
Cheri and Perry Ladd of Merino, CO
Pam and Doug Doty of Grand Island
Cindy and Tony Jacoby of Scotia
She also leaves to cherish her memory, 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and her beloved dogs, Molly and Lizzie.
Delores grew up in Ellinwood, Kansas, where she received her education.
She was married to Robert Fuller and the couple lived in Kansas.
She was united in marriage to Elmer C. Perrill on April 1, 1967, at Cozad, NE. The couple lived in Norton and Belleville, Kansas until moving to Grand Island in 1970.
Delores was a homemaker and did baby-sitting in her home. She then worked as a bookkeeper for Owl Auto Parts for many years before retiring in 2008.
Delores dearly loved her family. Her children and grandchildren were her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elmer on Oct. 29, 1999; a daughter-in-law, Rhonda Fuller; and three brothers, Gene and Leroy Matzek, and an infant brother.
Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
