Clarice A. Shaw, 78, of Grand Island, NE, died Friday, October 22, 2021, at CHI Health- St. Francis in Grand Island, NE, with family at her side. Clarice's life will be celebrated, Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Curran Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Luke Biggs will officiate. Private family inurnment will be at a later date in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Thursday. The service will be livestreamed on Curran Funeral Chapel's Facebook page. Memorials are suggested to the family with designation at a later date. She was the daughter of Ervin and Katharine (Krass) Johnson. Survivors of the immediate family include her sons, Russ (Tara) Shaw of Grand Island, NE Randy (Jonell) Shaw of Grand Island, NE Grandchildren, Andy (Amber) Molzahn, Kaliann Shaw, Ashleigh Klahn (Logan Meister), Mikaela (Matt) Proehl, Tyler Vogt, Walker Shaw and friend Bailey Foulk, JT Vogt, Baleigh Shaw, Emaleigh Shaw, Brayden Edwardson, Caleb Edwardson, Caden Shaw, Morgan Nason, Jamie Woodruff. 18 Great grandchildren Ex-husband, Terry Shaw of Central City, NE Clarice moved with her family to Oxford, NE in 1959. She completed her education, graduating from Oxford High School in 1962. She married Terry D. Shaw on April 19, 1964, in Oxford. They lived in Chapel, NE before moving to Grand Island in 1968. Clarice worked as a receptionist in the banking business until joining Bosselman Enterprise in 2003, retiring in June of 2020 after 17 years of service. Clarice enjoyed the out of doors. She was an avid gardener and loved to fish. Her grandchildren were always close in mind and heart and she loved the companionship of all her animals. She was always up to watch a good Hallmark Chanel movie. Clarice was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Dustin Shaw.
